La Jama TV – Where food, culture, and hip-hop meet at the table with street legends.

RENE ZEQUERA

Chef Frankie: Miami’s Sauce Boss

Chef Frankie is the Sauce Boss of La Jama TV — a chef with serious culinary chops and a flavor game that can’t be ignored. Known for his saucy, crave-worthy creations — from breaded steaks, a.k.a. Latino "bistec empanizado", dripping in bold sauces to stacked burgers that hit every craving — Frankie brings a unique style that turns everyday eats into mouthwatering masterpieces.

His cooking is all about bold flavor, unapologetic portions, and food that makes you want to lick your fingers clean. Whether he’s layering sauces on a steak or adding his twist to street classics, Frankie’s plates always bring the energy, the culture, and the flavor La Jama TV is known for.

For Frankie, food isn’t just cooking — it’s storytelling, it’s community, it’s life on the block served hot.

The duo behind La Jama TV brings viewers along for an unscripted ride through food trucks, hip restaurants, and hidden gems worldwide.

SoFla: Award-Winning Filmmaker

Better known as SoFla, Guillermo Alfonso is the creative director and storyteller behind La Jama TV. An award-winning short documentary filmmaker, SoFla knows how to capture raw moments and turn them into stories that hit just as hard as the food on the table.

His short documentary “Croqueta Nation”, executive produced by Emilio Estefan, premiered at the Miami Film Festival 2022. He also directed “Never Too Late”, a film about Ulysses “The Monster” Diaz — the Miami bareknuckle fighter with the world record for the fastest knockout in sports combat history. The documentary won Best Short Documentary at Urban Festival, OkCine Latino Festival, and Latino Feedback Film Festival.

On-screen, he’s the co-host, yet behind the scenes, he’s running the crew, making sure every beat, bite, and laugh is caught on camera.
